Description: In the beginning of 20 centuries the house on the Tourist's Genevsky lane 12 was got by the Rostov petty bourgeois Joseph Jakovlevich Rubanchik who has opened in it a room photo.

Additional information: Its pictures always differed high quality. Before purchase of own house the family of Rubanchika lived on apartment in the house of a merchant of Gladkov (street Petrovsky, 52). Here Rubanchik has opened on March, 24th, 1896 the first photo.
